It was difficult to get the sales person to call me back. As we were in a hurry to get a deal done I asked for a sales manager. I just completed by 6th lease with Bill Kay Nissan on Monday, 1-7-19. I absolutely love the Altima 2.5 and have leased it every year since 2005. I have NEVER had a bad experience with this dealer and everyone I have worked with is truly awesome. My last 3 leases have been with Tim Anzalone and I would highly recommend him for your sales person. He is very friendly and is never pushy. He works with you and makes sure you are satisfied with your lease. The Altima 2.5 is the best car I have ever driven and it rides like a Cadillac. Nissan just changed the body style for the 2019 and it's a stellar car and very spacious, even the trunk. When getting to the final lease negotiations, I've met Nick Zoumboulis and Justin Delgado, and both of these men work to seal the deal. They are both very professional and down to earth. Even their Service Department is commendable. Fernando and Jerimy are so helpful and inform you about everything, making you feel so comfortable about the work being performed. When you find a great restaurant, you enjoy going back for the food, drinks, service, and attention. Bill Kay Nissan is that "great" dealership. The service to detail and the personal attention given has won me over the past 5 years. I travel nearly 50 miles round trip from the Barrington area with numerous other Nissan dealerships a lot closer. I can't speak for those other dealerships, but in Bill Kay I found honest employees in all divisions of the dealership, whose integrity coupled with a fun, relaxed atmosphere, has been 2nd to none in all my years of dealing with new and used car dealers. I met a great class of people from GM Justin Delgado to his right hand man Tim Anzalone. Most importantly to me is the Service Center. I could always go to another "restaurant" but I know in Bill Kay Nissan I have the best of the best in Jeremy Witt ( Asst. Service Mgr. ) and his on time performance. His staff treats my vehicle as if it was their own. I leave with a "show room" looking car every time I have any service performed. I could go to a Jiffy Lube or other "fast food place" but in 5 years of going to Bill Kay Nissan, I feel much safer driving my vehicle knowing they look out for me.

Even though my credit isn't in great shape, they got me financed at a reasonable rate. I left very happy with a great vehicle, an unbeatable price, and a new family to come back to next time.

Was completely lied to about everything related to my used car purchase. Got a flat tire within one week of leaving dealership. (after they swore up and down that every part on the car that was not in excellent condition had been replaced). Dealership gave me the run around when I found out I needed all 4 new tires right after purchasing the car. They would not look at the tires or take any responsibility. Every part of the steering system broke as soon as my purchased warranty expired. They lied to me about being able to trade my car in within one year, for a lower finance rate, if I made 12 on time payments. When I returned one year later, they acted like they hade never promised me that. They then acted like they were doing me a favor by trying to sell me the smallest, crappiest new car on their lot for a jacked up price, for the same finance rate I bought my car at--- and the offer would be a $600 car payment instead of the my current $300 car payment. WORST dealership ever. They cater to people with poor credit, only to lie in order to make sales.
Can’t say enough positive things. Working with Tim was quick easy and painless. I truly believe he was able to get us the deal that was right for us. It was refreshing to not be yanked around, and have a quick and easy experience.

This is a very long story but to sum up, every thing brought up was denied. Not sure what the point is of having a bumper to bumper warranty and nissan security plus gold warranty if everything I see wrong with car and feel wrong with car with due cause,documentation and physical verification is not enough. They had my car for a week and I got a dipstick cap. Literally that's it. Still little confused on everything.

I went to Continental Nissan first, than I came to Bill Kay Nissan. What a difference the way I was treated by everybody. Steve Berman spent many hours with me, test driving and explaining Everything on the new Rogue. He is knowlegable and nice. I drove home in my new car the same day. I am very happy with the deal I got.
Mr Berman is execellent to deal with. Very down to earth. I bought from him 12 years ago and he still remember the details (although the computer do not have my record). Awesome! Kim is also very helpful. Mr Berman explained and help set up the automatic features.
Our sales person was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at and pointed out the changes in the car from the previous one I had owned. Staff was friendly and helpful. I have purchased two cars from this dealership and would go back again.
First off I really don’t have a bad word to say about the dealer during the car buying process. Steve in sales was excellent, management was awesome, and finance was a breeze... The problem I have is i am 1000% unsatisfied with the Brand New 2018 Maxima I purchased. When I purchased it I did like the car. The price and vehicle I thought was a great fit for me. But after driving the car for 30 mins, it became very uncomfortable to drive . It’s very narrow in the front and during the test drive it wasn’t an issue. My problem is after I bought the car how I was treated. I told Steve I was totally disatisfied with the vehicle and he was nice and apologetic via email. But his only suggestion was to come in during some March sale and buy another car when the incentives are back. Now i know many options are limited about fixing my current situation but suggesting to tough it out and come back later and buy something else .. is a little out there.. I know it may be a valuable solution but it doesn’t address the next day after delivery . I didn’t even get a phone call, invite to dealer to try and fix the problem or nothing.. I can’t be any more dissatisfied as a Customer.. I know I’m the one to purchase vehicle and it’s ultimately on me. I understand that. But I’m not very content on how I was treated after contract was signed.. So after receiving no call from dealer about my unhappiness. I called and asked for a manager and I spoke with Rooselvelt. He pretty much was stoic and said nothing he could do besides trade me out. When I insisted I was buried upside down. I was told well there ain’t nothing we can do.. Despite being a satisfied 4 time previous Bill Kay auto group purchaser.. and this being number 5. I don’t think I will ever go back again. I pretty much have had zero sympathy or even humbled via the problem. And it really hurts because the whole process was amazing otherwise . I guess after you buy you don’t matter anymore

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had! We researched and prepared, which I highly recommend, and then met Paul, Nick, Steve, and Kim. Great team, seamless transitions. We bought a Nissan Leaf, and so far could not be happier. Steve is truly the EV guru, going above & beyond to ensure I was comfortable with the features and new way of driving. The initial vehicle we’d chosen was being transferred from another dealership, and when Bill Kay Nissan learned there was damage, they found us a similar vehicle that happened to come with some extra touches but they picked up the expense to ensure we were happy customers despite the relatively minor delay. We didn’t expect that, and definitely appreciated it. In a follow up email to my first survey, I was asked to include any recommendations I might have. This has nothing to do with the dealership, per se, but maybe they can help: with the purchase of a new Nissan Leaf, Nissan currently offers an EZ Charge (“no charge to charge”) card for use at public charging stations. So far, I haven’t been able to register the card to activate and use it, which I found (after searching online) seems to be a common issue. It would be great if Bill Kay and other dealerships would work with EZ Charge and Nissan to improve this experience—maybe even help their customers get it working before they leave the lot. I went out of my way to go back to this dealership with the hopes to buy a Nissan. Unfortunately, the car didn't work out for my needs but I would go back to this dealership if I want a Nissan in the future! Randall and Nick were extremely professional, remembered my health concerns and went above and beyond to help me find a car to meet my family's needs. I ought a 2019 Rogue from Khalil. He was very courteous, accommodating and did a great job in finding the exact match in terms of color, trim line, etc. Khalil was not pushy at all, answered all my questions patiently and made me feel right at home. He made the vehicle portion of the visit super easy! So did Kim in the financing end of things; she was also very helpful and courteous and made the financing end of the deal a breeze!

Pleasant experience with the team on a recent purchase headed by Khalil. Service department was very courteous and friendly. They were aware I was waiting and they kept me advise of the status of the repair. Met with Brenden while waiting-he answered all of my questions and showed me several of the Parhfinders I was interested in seeing. It may be a couple of months-September or October before I am ready to buy.

Garrett and John were flexible during the negotiating process for my 2018 Nissan Sentra but, it was very obvious when they were done with me and ready to move on. Customer service experience was just okay. The car wasn't cleaned properly, visible fluid drip stains and dirt. The porter and John seemed irritated with the fact that I asked them to clean it again. I was only given one key to the car I called back to question if there was/ is a second key. No return phone car!!! The descent customer service ended once I exited the lot with the vehicle. So, to say that I would recommend Bill Kay to my friends and family.... is a No.
Friendly staff, easy to work with. Very patient, made changes for information I changed my mind on without hesitation. This is my 2nd car from there. Love the Sentra!
